Practical information

Rates +

Rates are indicated in euros, per room and per night, and include the applicable VAT (10% on accommodation).

They vary depending on the period of stay, the room category, the number of occupants, and the package booked.

Breakfast and access to Spa La Forêt may be included or offered as an extra depending on the selected offer.

The tourist tax, not included in the room price, is charged as an extra according to the applicable rate.

Check-in & Check-out +

Rooms are available from 3:30 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of your departure.

An early arrival from 2:00 pm or a late departure may be arranged, on request and subject to availability, for an additional fee.

Booking and cancellation conditions +

— Bank guarantee

A bank pre-authorization of €200 per room is required as a guarantee. This is not an immediate charge. It may in particular cover any damage or duly justified exceptional cleaning fees.

Our establishment is entirely non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, exceptional cleaning fees of up to €100 may be charged, subject to supporting documentation.

— Flexible rate

For stays during the summer and winter periods, a 30% deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation is free of charge until 7:00 am (Paris time), five days before the arrival date.

After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay is due, in accordance with the conditions of the booked rate.

— Non-cancellable and non-refundable rate

The total amount of the stay is paid at the time of booking.

This rate allows neither free cancellation nor a refund in the event of cancellation or no-show, subject to applicable legal provisions.

The specific conditions of the selected package are specified at the time of booking.

Additional beds and equipment +

Baby cots are provided free of charge, on request and subject to availability.

Some of our rooms can accommodate up to four people, depending on their category and layout.

We do not have extra beds available. We invite you to select a room suited to the number of guests when making your reservation.

Access to the Spa La Forêt is reserved for adults aged 18 and over.

Pets and house rules +

Pets are not allowed within Hôtel La Réserve & Spa and L'Annexe, with the exception of guide or assistance dogs in accordance with current regulations.

Our establishments are entirely non-smoking. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the rooms and shared indoor areas.
