What are the arrival and departure time?
Check-in is from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. When checking out, the room must be vacated by 11 a.m. Late arrival on request.

How far is the city center?
The hotel is in the city center, in front of the lake, a 5-minute walk from everything that makes Gérardmer so charming.
How to reach the ski slopes?
La Réserve is 10 minutes from the first slopes and a shuttle service is located right next to the hotel.
