Rates +

Rates are indicated in euros, per room and per night, and include the current VAT (10% on accommodation).

They vary according to the period of stay, room category, number of occupants, and package booked.

Breakfast and access to the Spa La Forêt may be included or offered at an additional cost depending on the offer chosen.

The tourist tax, not included in the room rate, is charged additionally according to the current rate.

Check-in & Check-out +

Rooms are available from 3:30 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of your departure.

An early arrival from 2:00 pm or a late departure may be arranged, on request and subject to availability, for an additional charge.

Booking and cancellation conditions +

— Bank card guarantee

A card pre-authorization of €200 per room is required as a guarantee. This is not an immediate charge. It may notably cover any damage or exceptional cleaning fees that are duly justified.

Our establishment is entirely non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, exceptional cleaning fees of up to €100 may be charged, with supporting documentation.

— Flexible rate

For stays during the summer and winter seasons, a 30% deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation is free of charge until 7 am (Paris time), five days before the arrival date.

After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay is due, in accordance with the conditions of the booked rate.

— Non-cancellable and non-refundable rate

The total amount of the stay is paid at the time of booking.

This rate does not allow either free cancellation or a refund in the event of cancellation or no-show, subject to the applicable legal provisions.

The specific conditions of the selected package are specified at the time of booking.

Beds and additional amenities +

Baby cots are provided free of charge, on request and subject to availability.

Some of our rooms can accommodate up to four people, depending on their category and layout.

We do not have extra beds available. Please select a room suited to the number of guests when making your booking.

Access to Spa La Forêt is reserved for adults aged 18 and over.

Pets and house rules +

Pets are not allowed within Hôtel La Réserve & Spa and L'Annexe, with the exception of guide or assistance dogs in accordance with the regulations in force.

Our establishments are entirely non-smoking. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the rooms and shared indoor areas.

In the event of failure to comply with this prohibition, exceptional cleaning fees of up to €100 may be charged, with supporting documentation.
